I almost forgot about taking a photo today!  This is out our front window overlooking the patio we put in last year.  It gets LOTS of use, love it!

Day 25 - Far Away

Today is April 25... which for my photo a day challenge, is supposed to be something "Far Away".  But April 25, has some pretty special meaning around our house, it's Monkey's birthday!  She turns three years old today.  It's hard to believe that three years has gone by so quickly. 

For today's photo, I thought I'd use a picture of her birthday present... the clubhouse!  She obviously knows what her birthday present is, it's hard to hide such a monstrosity of a gift.  But she doesn't know that part of the clubhouse will be a swingset and she really wants a swingset, so I can't wait for her to open those up tonight.

We don't have much in our "neighborhood", but this is our newest "neighbor".  He's been hanging out in the kitchen window a lot and he's quite the talker!

Day 16 - Food You Dislike

I know a lot of people find it odd, but I'm really not a very big fan of chocolate.  Especially when it's something super rich, like fudge.  I can handle small amounts, but even the thought of taking a big bite of this kind of makes me gag!

I do however have this map hanging by my desk, it's been there since I started my job and I actually use it more often than I thought I would.  Since I didn't have any great ideas, I decided to try out the blogger app on my phone.... so I hope this works!
